Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms:

Payment for the entire stay will be charged in full at time of booking. A reservation confirmation showing receipt of payment will be emailed to the email address provided.


Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are prepaid and non-refundable unless cancelation notice is given 20 days in advance of the first night stay.


Check-in and check-out:

Check in time is 4:00 PM.

Check out is 10:00 AM 

 

Credit Card Authorization:

All guests acknowledge and accept with their reservation that they authorize the Timberline Inn to charge their card for any unit damage incurred during the time of their stay.


Liability Waver:  Guests acknowledge and accept with their reservation that the structures on this property are historic in nature, and sit on a lot in the Rocky Mountains near wild and open spaces.  Many of the walk ways on the property are primitive, rustic and narrow; the structures have many historic features, including steps and railings, that do not meet current building standards; wild animals including bears, moose, foxes, and mountain lions frequent the property and the town; care must be taken by guests for all of these potential hazards accordingly.  Guest accept the risks inherently associated with staying in this facility and agree to hold the owners of the business and property harmless from all liability for injury, death, or personal or property loss associated with the inherent condition and situation of the property.


Pet Policy:

Pets are not accepted without prior permission at the Timberline Inn.  Additional fees for approved pets may apply.  Violators may be subject to damage charges and must vacate the premises immediately.

 

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed inside any unit. Smoking is permitted in designated, outdoor areas only. Violators may be subject to damage charges and must vacate the premises immediately.


Maximum Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.


Cleanliness:
Guests are required to remove all trash from the unit and clean any spills or stains.  Guests are also required to clean all kitchenware used--pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc., and to clean any spills in the refrigerator or microwave.
